Akila Arecchi from their office phoned me and welcomed me to their business and was warm and so sincere. I really got the feeling that they really DO want to help people. State Farm is great, but the people who work there DO make a world of difference. Akila has been the person I've spoken with the most whenever I call and this office exudes the Spirit of Aloha.
