"I would be careful about this person and this office screwed me over. I was in divorce and my ex did all the insurance, I was in shock when my agent was terrified , so terrified that she quit . She said he’s waiting for me to die . A 250,000 life policy that I could not use or agents did not tell me how ? I left this office and to find out I got moved back to nahoku my husbands agent and I did not approve to change Insurance is a secured thing you buy because it covers you I was not knowledgeable in insurance and I did not know how to claim anything . At the end I lost the policy and they did not advise to save it and it was paid fully just because I could not pay due to financial abuse I am displaced and my ex did nothing to help me ! He made it impossible to have me house my own kids and I was married over10 years. He had brainwashed my kids to think I’m stupid and I left . It’s been nothing but sorrow for me and I keep finding out stuff he did that is wrong . Insurance at state farm ripped me off and they won’t tell you to claim if you can cause they don’t want to pay . Get you stuff out and go somewhere else"

"This office is the bomb! Excellent customer service and efficiency! Akila is awesome and I'm sure the rest of the staff is the same. My dad's premium went up slightly by moving to this company and this particular office, but the outstanding customer service offsets the tad bit of increase. So worth it. So if you're looking for change in your insurance plans, check out State Farm Wahiawa Branch - Nahoku Ahlo. You won't be disappointed! A very satisfied, Windward side customer."
